EDIT 1: Prismatic burst doesn't work on spells, so ignore any mention of it. You can try to fit it on Shield Charge 4l, and RF 4l for mapping fast, and use Vaal Firestorm for any singletarget boofing EDIT 2: With Skin of the Lords, use Empower over Cruelty.
