PoE 3.23 Affliction Ranger, Lightning builds

Recently there was a post either on main sub or this sub where ventrua was showcasing that potential starters have generally low disparity and more things than we previously thought are competitive. Especially his take on LA deadeye with Determination stood out to me and I wanted to make a character based on that. So this was my league start this league. It was made to clear really quickly, get map completion, buy the boss carries for 4 voidstones, and farm whatever low tier content that is profitable at the current moment. Once i get currency i buy something that is the new "thing" of the league. This is a 10c budget build. I don't think any build can get this clear at this content at that budget. The normal version of divine ire makes this build idea impossible. But Thanks to The Brand New Divine Ire of Disintegration Gem the damaging nearby enemies aoe is turned off which gives your beam a wider and more damage with ailment modifier. This allows you to Deliver a Massive 27m single poison to enemies in 1.8 seconds and a full channel time in under 1 second. Pathfinder was an obvious choice for many reasons, Proliferation of poison to nearby enemies and wither effect which I scale to 150% increased effect through charms and anointing amulet bringing the normal 6% to 15% per stack. According to PoB my DPS is combined 1.3 million. Im copying the MaxRoll LA league starter guide. My build is literally just a copy. According to their PoB, they have 16 million DPS. I know Im shy a couple levels and one gem. My bow DPS is good. Where am I missing 14 million damage?

Lightning arrow is really fun but from what Im seeing tornado shot is better? Is that true? If so, what specifically should I do to make the switch. Idk if I'm doing something wrong or have bad luck but I only have 3 divine - not a lot to work with.
