PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.22 Ancestor Iron Commander builds

Hey everyone, I've come across the Bronn's Lith Version of CoC Frostblink with Wintry Blast, and while it undoubtedly dishes out insane DPS, it's essentially a cast-on-death portal build that folds at the slightest glance. Inspired by the concept, I decided to tweak it into a more robust build that can handle Simulacrum wave 30 deathless, take on uber bosses, and breeze through mapping with just a single portal. Siege Ballista Guide by Hotchelli and heavy carrying from Rhine - I use this build stricly as a bosser and to rush Ubers early in league therefore i would not recommend my setups for strictly mapping, I sack alot of health tree nodes and rolls on gear for more damage.
