This is a dex stacking siege ballista build, so, really expensive. PoB: https://pobb.in/JDIQNJbk3oYr You can increase even more damage with Bottled Faith and Awakened Cold Damage instead of Elemental Penetration to the Siege Ballista. I just wanted to try the way it is, and I did it! Build costs around 200 div without the belt. You can make it even better, since mine is still at level 93.
