PoE Maugetar builds

Hi guys, I know that it's a boring meta build but I decided to try it out this league. I'm looking for advice as to what my next step should be. I have 60div to work with right now. A few questions 1. Should I go for a progenesis or get more damage? I feel like my damage is low now 2. How many -7 to mana cost rings do I need? Is it overkill to have two? Sometimes I feel like I run out of mana. Should I get damage on the other ring? 3. Is my timeless jewel correct? This one gave me a good amount of resistances 4.
