PoE Incandescent Heart, Cold, Duration builds

PoB: Pretty late in the league so this probably won't get much traction, but I wanted to post this anyways as this is one of the most fun builds I've ever played. I won't claim there's anything super unique here as the core is just a pretty bog-standard power charge stacker, but I am surprised at how relatively underused CSoP is cause this thing hits like a truck (albeit a smaller truck than Penance Brand I guess lol). Pros and cons first and then I'll go into a little more detail about some interesting aspects. Pros \- Insane

Hey everyone, I've come across the Bronn's Lith Version of CoC Frostblink with Wintry Blast, and while it undoubtedly dishes out insane DPS, it's essentially a cast-on-death portal build that folds at the slightest glance. Inspired by the concept, I decided to tweak it into a more robust build that can handle Simulacrum wave 30 deathless, take on uber bosses, and breeze through mapping with just a single portal. Hey everyone! A few days ago, someone mentioned using frostblink as a main skill, and I believe quite a few people have toyed around with the idea... however, I wanted to share my dumb Frostblink Ignite Frostferno helm build for your viewing pleasure/harsh criticism. I'm pretty shit with Path of Building, so if I fucked up just let me know :)

Original idea was to do CwC bodyswap (which this still can with a gem swap) but frostblink is also instant and might be tolerable with some reduced CDR. I tried to use reasonable week 1/2 items, but maybe overstepped in some places. Anyone ever played a build like this?
