PoE Freezing Pulse, Witch builds

Fan of wardloop, hate that survival secret is going away, made this abomination that worth multiple mirrors and probably impossible for me to get during 1 league time. Tried to squize out maximum amount of dps, looking for ways to increase it more. Currently rocking at 110 mil dps without flasks, 160 mil with flasks. Not sure if i configured pob correctly for incoming changes, just removed melediction damage bonus and put in 66% more curse effect to fix bosses curses, guess i need to delevel curses a bit to compensate for their loss of power in coming league, but i will just wait for pob to up

Hey all. Just wanted to share and receive some feedback for my planned Eye of Winter Occultist league starter. I plan on skipping the usual 6-link setup and i'm going to be using a duel 5link unleash setup with 2x Eye of Winter gems. (the seals recharge themselves independently so it works as you'd want it to) This is to bypass the mana multiplier increase on support gems and the damage reduction on the usual damage support gems that patch 3.15 is bringing. I'm working on an Eye of Winter build because frozen orb was awesome in D2 and I want to try it out here. With the nerfs to everything, I figure this is as good a time as any to experiment with a new skill! I see two ways to build this, you can either go cast speed + crit or you can go unleash and ignore cast speed. I built both out in PoB, but cast speed seemed more promising. Eventually you can probably transition into dual void batteries once you get enough currency. I went Occultist here, but Assassin would also probably work well. Deadeye might be good too! Thoughts? Taking the base from jungroan's icyhot FP but now with pinpoint getting nerfed (especially with respect to mana sustain) but unleash getting out fine, thought maybe having two 5L FPs would do the trick. Means 8x (4 seals on each FP) damage from 2 casts, good for roughly 3-5mil burst damage with gear I feel comfortable attaining on a starter. Also pretty satisfying seeing the quadrupled up waves of ice blowing up mobs. Any thoughts for this vs. a traditional pinpoint self casting?
