PoE White Wind, Chaining builds

This is not a bossing build. Let's get that out of the way first and foremost. You can boss on it, but the dps will be WAY LOWER. So I was doing some help with another players White Wind build and the comments are full of people maligning White Wind as trash and unusable. I wanted to prove at least in concept that you can make a high damage tanky mapper using a 1c unique weapon and no shield. I picked the silliest skill I could think of being Wild Strike.
