PoE Necromancer builds with custom stat filters

This build use 3 offerings ,max block and recover life on block too, i dont test for myself but i think really good. Any suggestion to improve it is welcome.

Hey! Could you please give me your opinion on this? I will start with skeletons until the 6S DD. Buttons to press: skeletons, cyclone, assassin's mark, flame dash. Want to use the 2 specters for power and frenzy charges (will it be enough? and will they be tanky enough with meat shield?). This is my first own build and only a THEORY CRAFT until league start. The idea of the build is to self-cast Dark Pact with mana cost of >= 100 to trigger [[Kitava's Thirst]] which then summons the skeletons, casts Desecrate and Flesh Offering, which in return powers the 200% cast speed of corpse pact.
