Hey guys, To preface, I've made a couple of builds in the past, but never truly utilized them and they just sit in my POB to rot. I've always just went back to my safe picks. I'm hoping this time I will be able to use this build and at least complete the atlas. Now unfortunately without knowing how the skill scales or how the tree is going to be affected after nerfs (looking at you Avatar of the Veil).. this build may just end up in the gutter.
