PoE builds without Ashes of the Stars, Headhunter, Mageblood

Joined a league private, pretty much ssf, trying elementalist. It feels really bad in terms of defense, what can I do for make it more tanky? or is just elementalist a low defense ascendancy?

Crackling Lance inquisitor. Level 90. According to PoB I can reach 1 million DPS while standing still (because of Sigil of Power, Power Charges, Frenzy Charges and Endurance Charges). I want to boost DPS without needing to stay still too long cause the biggest reason of my deaths is not moving enough or not moving fast enough. I am doing tier 12-14 maps after chiseling and alching. The only movement speed I have is the 30% increased movement speed mod on my Ralakesh's impatience riveted boots. I wanna be able to still take some damage and increase my DPS and speed. I don't wanna use Doryani's

Just thought I would post here because this is my first 100 that I have achieved. A little back story. I hurt myself at work and have been off for most of this league which 100% helped achieve this. Just a fun project to use some mechanics that will only be around in Kalanda league such as slower proj necks, and the ease of accu stacking and -lightning doryani's with mirrored rings. Hey! Really wanted to make a tanky build that could either stand in Sirus Storm or tank the Memory Game without Molten Shell. Out of 4 characters I had leveled and tried, this one had the best survivability and damage. Sadly, Immortal call is still required. This is SC Kalandra league, normal Maven, playing CoC Inquisitor with 15k ES, 3.6k regen. Didn't spend much, as I never had more than 10 divines this league. So every piece of gear was about a divine each. Yes, cyclone is a better CoC skill, but I hate cyclone with passion.

I'm looking for feedback on how improve my CF KB Champ. I have 10 divines to work with. I know my life is low and thats something I am working on.
