PoE 3.23 Affliction, 3.24 Necropolis Mine builds without Blade Trap, Fire Trap

I was taking a look at the new skill gem Pyroclast Mine of Sabotage and thinking of ways to utilise that huge flat added fire damage from the mine aura. I wanted something that hit often but required minimal input from me so I could focus on throwing mines. my character if it had lived to level 90. I am running a Dissolution of Flesh + Rathpith build where I have 6k max HP but I'm running around on 1hp due to DoF. I recently got full ailment immunity, removing my need for Soul of the Brine King Major God power. Can I drop Brine King and be safe with not being stunned every 0.5 seconds or should I keep it cause I think stun is based on hp? Thanks in advance! My build in case its needed:
