PoE 3.23 Affliction Chaos Inoculation, Lightning builds

A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

Like a boss Occultist Penance Brand of Dissipation Was a tough time and hard work to balance everything out. Now it is absolutely awesome and my favourite build I made so far. Since every other endgame content including ubers is done in seconds, I prefer to deep delve to have a challange. I switch Forbidden Flesh/Flame depending on the biome/stage/mods: Mastermind of Discord -- No crit reduction mods / no heavy ele dps Full DPS Setup: 200k hitpool (standard boss + Sigil of Power, stage 4) @ 120 Million DPS Bastion of Elements -- Nasty mods and Biomes like Smugglers Stash Tanky: 300k

Added +90% fire res in config because for some reason Pob does not show it properly as my character in game, here is screenshot of it : Added Culling Strike because then it adds the DPS which it shouldn't if my Eternal Struggle worked properly and it has 15% Culling Strike, but I don't know how to add 50% increased effect of Culling Strike, it should be even more DPS.

DPS is configured for Uber bosses. Mostly just sharing because I am also a newer player, and never had a ton of currency this league, but was able to accomplish the Ubers without any big purchases with this build, and it was a lot of fun to play. You can farm and craft a decent chunk of the items too. No cluster jewels at all which can be very expensive. Hi all, POB here: Trickster peepee brand is feeling really good, a little bit squishy but not enough to make me sad. Still feels plenty beefy in non-uber content. I have a VERY specific question: I've linked Assasin's Mark to CoC, but find that I have one more gem slot that could be linked (currently just running cold snap). Any suggestions for what to plug in here? I don't care if it is a support or another skill to cast. Ideally I would like it to be something that either helps me feel tankier or helps with clear.
