PoE Deadeye, Cold, Duration, Magic Find builds without Lightning Arrow

I first would like to say this is my first post on this forum and my first attempt at a magic find build although I would consider myself a seasoned player of POE and a frequent reddit visitor. I still feel I'm missing somthing to this build. I can't run red maps without dying and I'm torn between the balance of 2 things MF and survivabilty. I had a alch and go strategy while running hundreds of maps and dropping hundreds of uniques maybe more (mostly the same drops), lots of "bubble gum" currency with a occasional divine, and a quite a few fracturing shards.
