PoE Power Siphon, Projectile builds

I plan to make an ascendant wander as my starter this league, I created 2 POB looking some builds in poe ninja and changing some parts, but i haven't decided which one is better because I don't feel like I know the build that well and I'm not the best at POB. The first POB has more damage ( but i feel that it's more expensive that a true starter , the second one (h I feel it's cheaper but the items are very different. Hey all, as the league is winding down got a friend to fund a vaguely shitty build, a Replica Eternity Shroud Phys+Chaos Power Siphon Obliteration Pathfinder. I really like the idea of this chest, but without conversion abuse like normal EtShroud has with CotB, I haven't been able to squeeze too much damage out of it. I've built a tree with 1mill DPS (flasks up, but it's Pathfinder) but pretty minimal survivability, any ideas on how I could either get more damage out of this or more defensive layers without sacrificing too much damage? POB: I played a 4x 3-point voices scion herald stacker build in 3.10. Today I got finished updating her POB for 3.11 changes. I believe this is the best you can do in 3.11 should you be insane enough to min-max aura stacking with % mana reservation jewels in every slot with 3x 3-point voices. This POB has all the gear she acquired in 3.10. Only thing I theorycrafted was the new jewels.
