PoE builds without Glancing Blows, Headhunter, Mageblood with custom stat filters

A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

It's a build for those who like to play safe, who don't like to die in every map and happy with not being a zoom zoom build. Can do all content, not necessarily you need to do all content but you can. An allrounder. Oh a fair warning, your finger might hurt pressing a button for summoning SRSs but then again that is the trade off for all the other QoL this build offers.

Build Premise Animate Weapon of Self Reflection using Rakiata’s dance with a focus on minion buffs to push lightning damage. Animate guardian wears Doryani’s Prototype and has 90% lightning resist, which Rakiata turns into -90%. We're fast, tanky, doesn't required pressing a button and have enough damage to do a 10k wisps map in reasonable time. This is my league starter Necro build for Affliction. I've been playing pretty much exclusively minion builds since Delve league. I've put together successfully, almost every SRS variation out there (I'm sure there's more variations that I haven't thought of, but every conversions at least - Fire/cold/light/chaos/phys/pop).
