PoE Kinetic Blast, Lightning, Bossing builds

Hi Guys, I want to share my take on int stacking wander this league. The main difference is I am using raider, grace aura, and shaper's touch to reach 95% evasion and 100% spell suppression. POB: I played a 4x 3-point voices scion herald stacker build in 3.10. Today I got finished updating her POB for 3.11 changes. I believe this is the best you can do in 3.11 should you be insane enough to min-max aura stacking with % mana reservation jewels in every slot with 3x 3-point voices. This POB has all the gear she acquired in 3.10. Only thing I theorycrafted was the new jewels.
