pob: so my build is a lightning SRS, my minions have a lot flat lightning from my wrath and smite, so I wonder if I can make my AG into a shock support. &x200B; I made this PoB, the idea is to use Storm Brand with Galvanic field for a dancing avoiding gameplay, 3M damage with Singularity. The problem is the defenses, I can't find ways to put in more defenses and still keep that 3M damage, any expert can help on this? Really want to play something off-meta next league. &x200B;

Hi there! So I'm working on some new builds, and I have two questions about how PoB handles certain calculations. 1.) The first question is very simple and has to do with Flame Blast. When you see the 'cast rate' while having flame blast selected I assume what that is trying to represent is stagers per second, right? In other words, if we assume an unmodded 10 stage max flame blast, and my cast rate on the PoB is say 4.5. That's telling me that I'm casting 4.5 stages a second, so my time to do the 'average hit' damage on top will roughly be 2.22 seconds? So I'd have to divide that

PLAYSTYLE < For clear you put down your shocking skill(probably either Wave of Conviction or Orb of Storms) then use Conduit to kill as much of the screen as possible. This means it's a 2-button skill like Desecrate + DD and ED + Contagion, if you don't like that beware. For bossing you press your Wrath Divine Blessing and Curse on the boss, then you either use Orb of Storms or Storm Brand to keep shocking the boss while you spam Conduit. Build isn't as tanky as id like but it was cheap. It was a fun idea and had some pretty awesome clear and boss damage.

I wanted to pick a league starter that is a really smooth mapper and can at least do the (non-uber) pinnacle bosses + the feared. Arc doesn't have nearly the damage of other ignite skills like WoC or Vaal FB but to me, it has the smoothest playstyle. With the new reworked Singularity and Thunderfist you can get some very decent Vaal Arc dps for bosses. In fact, socketing arc in thunderfist is better than 6 linking it. Hello everyone, This is my first time coming up with a starter build, so please excuse any newbie mistakes. Lightning Conduit caught my eye and I figured I'd try building something around it. My idea is to use storm brand with chains and overcharge for spreading shocks, combined with Inpulsa for better clear. Will have to check whether shock spread is more useful than chain. On bosses, chain will be replaced by culling strike. Agnerod should be a decent starting point for a staff. Later on, I'll switch to a better rare staff and maybe a 6-link for Storm Brand, instead of Thunderfist. Tryin
