Let me start off by saying this build is NOT for everyone. This is a flamewood totem build that has a very specific playstyle which requires your totems to be hit. I am like in dire need of help... I don't know what to improve on next honestly. I can farm T16 maps slowly, but I still do get 1 shotted lol. I've seen people running Hex Master on PoENinja and some people don't even run Vitality or Determination. Can't fit Vitality in at the moment. I prioritized Determination over Vitality.
