Just my builds here for when the pinned thread goes up, will update as i think of more builds, though TBH we will have so many uniques compared to delve that everyones builds are likely to change. Vaal EQ Glad Fast AF for heist, turns out that unique shield is busted so just use it and few nodes for like 60/60 block, rest is speed.

Another option as it is super SSF friendly and delve friendly. Glad so all mobs are destroyed on kill due to explosions. Vaal EQ means you pop and run as fast as you can between zones. Defenses are mainly Regen, End Charges, shield i guess and Armor, though i have extra slots so you could socket in Arrogance-petrified blood easily for big hits for 1 skill point. EQ lets you preload damage a tad which is nice in delve, you always have onslaught+challenger charges so you should be fast and damage is decent. After seeing this item rework I had to try to make an absolute unit bossing character that anyone could succeed with on a budget, this is what I have so far. Please - critique! Let's make a monster. I'm planning on rolling a Corrupting Fever Glad because those sweet sweet bleed explosions are perfect for what I want to do. The challenge is in how to level it. If you feel like taking my word for it and don't care about the details there's a TLDR towards the end. I've been playing around with a few leveling options and slams feel the best by a fairly wide margin and will only be better in 3.16 with the tree changes. The equipment is very starter-ish. No uniques, nothing required, just get some rare upgrades and go. Without dot-multis on gear it's still over 1mil dps with almost no gear. I've done this in like 30 minutes, but I think it could get better. Damage is insane (especially with ensnaring arrow on bosses [check "not moving" in config tab]). I'm sure it can be even taken to HC, if you can find some modifications to the skill tree. Probably max. resistances, Glorious Vanity. PoB here:
