Hi Everyone, As COC is my favorite arch-type in the game, there is no league that goes by without me playing at least 1 cast on crit build. 3.17 is no different and I've decided to go with a COC Ice Spear, since I've never done Ice Spear, mainly just Ice Nova ( which I still say has much better clear then Ice Spear ) The reason I chose Inquisitor is survivability, and because I never did a CoC Inquisitor, usually I roll a Occy or Ass, so this time I went hispter and chose the long-neck.
