PoE Exsanguinate, Reap builds

Hey exiles, I haven't played the last few leagues and decided to give CF a go in this one since I hadn't played it before. Build is pretty standard, Divine flesh, 50k armor with 10% of armor applies to chaos mastery, 80/79/79/84 resist, poet's pen with reap-exsanguinate-brutality, fever + vaal reap 5 link. It's pretty good, great clear but meh single target as expected. One issue I had up until recently was bad recovery, even though I was able to tank multiple hits from bosses my leech wasn't good enough so I got a vitality + arrogance setup and specced into surge of vigor(every 4 seconds rege

Vaal reap got me exited so i'm trying to plan a build with minimum gear to leaguestart in Crucible. However, i'd like help on how to improve damage while maintaining QoL of the build as i'm kind of a noob in PoE. I've been doing some theorycrafting with the new entropic devastation gloves but i struggle to find a good synergy. Here's a scuffed inquisitor attribute CoC bow PoB (some end-game stuff), do you guys have any ideas of how to improve the build? Maybe going champion is better for fortify + impale stuff?

I'm looking for feedback on how improve my CF KB Champ. I have 10 divines to work with. I know my life is low and thats something I am working on. Had a hard time with attributes so used some tree points on int+dex to help there. I want to upgrade to a rare wand to have better mods + add storm brand (currently using another shield to swap in for single target with storm brand) and maybe arcane surge and culling strike? I REALLY want to find an optimal way to incorporate some ailment protection and maybe spell suppression. It feels like

I've gotten the build feeling pretty good in t16, seems like all of the low hanging fruit are taken care of. Any advice on what to go for next? Seems like expensive jewels are the next steps but I've only got around 20d so I'd like to get the most helpful ones first. I'm just farming expedition, what I could use most is something to speed up map and logbook bosses. POB:

WARNING: this is NOT a good build. I just like scion and liked the new Trickster ascendancy point. Moreover, this build is mediocre in pretty much every way. It doesn't have good defense (only 20k eva, 20k armor, 100% spell supp.), it has awful boss damage and pretty lame map clear due to not being champion with adrenaline or glad with challenger charges. Skin of the Lords is a huge DPS increase. We want Lethe Shade most likely.

Not much to say. Seems like it could numerically, with max stacks on every dot thanks to the hit rates. You even get bleed-splosions thanks to Kinetic Blast and Pierce Sources (main reason to choose over Scion IMO). Lategame I'd go for the usual Life on Block shield and such. Not sure about the wand, or other potentially OP gear though.
