The POB- Im lvl 91 in game atm, this PoB has lvl 95 which is my goal for this weekend I have been playing PoE for about 2 years casually. Howdy all! Absolutely new to PoE, got a point in game where running T16's is doable, but fairly hard and not consistent, I die roughly every other map (sometimes a lot more). From the guide I was using I look almost "done" but I've certainly got a lot of improvement to go. I've been tweaking this build since legion. I got it to the point where I don't know if there is anything more I can get out of it. The chest I need to replace, most likely with foe mantle. The only thing I really don't like is I use the thread of hope for only two nodes. Panopticon is just so strong it almost seems like a must. But I would be happy with 50% of the dps it provides without having to rely on totems. This pob is fully buffed. Can turn off totems, rage, berserk, blitz, rampage, and it's about 102mil unbuffed. I finally finished my build, killed all the pinnacle bosses including uber elder. Did simulacrum to 27, later I optimized my build further but didn't try again. can't kill uber variants perma 9 endurance 9 frenzy. 4 power on uniques 100% chance to avoid all ailments and stun layers of defense 73% from armour + 44% from endurance+determination physical dmg reduction + 8% from infusion 75% capped resists + 100% suppress with 56% reduction. 20 fortify, 10% reduced damage taking while leeching, 47% evasion, blinded enemy

first time doing COC cant figure out whats wrong with my build when I'm fighting single enemies/bosses feels like im either never hitting or never hitting crits, on pob says my main hand accuracy is 100% and my crit is 100%. any help majorly appreciate.
