PoE Cyclone, SSF builds

Hello Everyone, I do not normally create my own builds and only tend to follow build guides. However, this last league proved that I can be in a situation where I don't enjoy any of the build guides being created (i.e. they are focused on what I consider to be a boring meta strategy - MF on Abyss - or they are just not interesting skills to me). Just put together this quick pob as I want to make a tanky minion char which uses fresh meat support on league start. Wanted to try dominating blow but as I understand it wont work with fresh meat (refresh vs create/summon) Divine blessing setup will be replaced with guardians blessing new support (can summon holy relic out regen without vitality?) This is why the no mana for haste error. No clusters to simulate SSF league start. Config is to simulate fresh meat, dps shown is on a 5link. TL;DR| Pob link here: ---|--- Quick Explanation | A level 24 creeping frost skill gem is used to simulate the expected damage of a level 20 FB skill gem (based on comparisons with Searing Bond.) I enjoy SSF and decided in order to actually get somewhere near the later stages of the game, I will play standard SSF instead of always making new character in the current league. &x200B; My strongest build at the moment is this HoAG Guardian from past leagues. POB (community version): This can clear Tier 8 maps relatively comfortably, but starts dying in higher tiers relatively often. Now my Question is this. Is HoAG without Arakaalis Fang still a viab
