PoE Crystallised Omniscience builds without Original Sin

Hey, can someone figure out why i deal so low Damage(Recently swapped to Omni). What would be the best upgrades(Wanna do Sanctum/Mapping) Thanks in Advance

Alright I wanted to see how hard everyone can shit on this build. Keep in mind, it's an expensive meme build, but I like making fairly functional meme builds. There are certainly better ways to build flicker. The idea is we run transcendence and have 100% phys taken as Lightning Coil - 50% Dawnbreaker - 20% Shield corrupt - 8% Helmet crafted and implicit - 16% Purity of elements watchers eye - 12% This gives us a total of 106% phys taken as so we have a little room to play with the watchers eye/helmet mods. This is my take on omni LA deadeye, spent quite some time fiddling around with everything to get it here, mana fine tuning was a pita. Ive done wave 30 sims, all ubers, its all content viable. The entry budget is there is no budget, its not for the feint of heart. Still plenty of improvements i could do but even small upgrades are expensive to the extreme now. This is about as finished as ill get it. Boots could do with a change but im unsure what to go with, only ideas ive got are elevated shaper ailments, elevated tailwind boots. + something maybe bleed, poiso

Hey fellas So i've been farming 80% deli orb, and would like to farm 100% deli orb, reliably and fast(er)... i think im gonna buy a lion eye fall with immunity to corrupted blood just for added defensive layer.. other than that im not really sure how to progress.. a better watchers eye is definately something i should look into, but im not sure if its just better to buy a mageblood (would require i sell HH and use all currency) all ideas are much appreciated :)
