"Count" on Skills is tuned to how many hits they do, including Vengeant Cascade.
For example Lightning Arrow is at "2" because it hits on the way out and on its way back.
Caustic Arrow has 5 because we have 5 Projectiles and it overlaps, but not 10 because it doesn't work with Vengeant Cascade.
Galvanic Arrow is at "3" because it hits once with the AoE part and then 2 times with the Arrow going out and one with Vengeant Cascade letting it come back.
