PoE Power Siphon builds without Brutal Restraint, Elegant Hubris, Headhunter, Lethal Pride

I plan to make an ascendant wander as my starter this league, I created 2 POB looking some builds in poe ninja and changing some parts, but i haven't decided which one is better because I don't feel like I know the build that well and I'm not the best at POB. Hey all, as the league is winding down got a friend to fund a vaguely shitty build, a Replica Eternity Shroud Phys+Chaos Power Siphon Obliteration Pathfinder. I really like the idea of this chest, but without conversion abuse like normal EtShroud has with CotB, I haven't been able to squeeze too much damage out of it. I've built a tree with 1mill DPS (flasks up, but it's Pathfinder) but pretty minimal survivability, any ideas on how I could either get more damage out of this or more defensive layers without sacrificing too much damage?
