PoE Lightning builds without Lightning Strike, Mageblood, Vaal Lightning Strike with custom stat filters

Caveat: Build is untested; looking for feedback. Focus on league start and SSF. This PoB works on beta; there is a crash when you try to include Mirage Archers in Full Dps. Offence: Bow buffs should make this starter viable. Occupying Force makes this very comfy. Has most of the upsides of totems, without most of the downsides. Very high damage uptime during bosses.
