my shield crush that i played all league for anyone looking for inspiration for a mele build to play this league : blitz charges and defience charges are off so no one tells the numbers are inflated playable with both jugg/beserker

I started building a new league starter (hopefully no balance changes to SC) and think that I have a pretty refined idea for budget Shield Crush utilizing some cheap uniques. Watchers Eye (Single Mod) is really the only item that may be expensive to work towards as a goal in the first week, but impale is pretty non-meta right now. Overall nothing too crazy or innovative but think its worthy of a league start. POB has no cluster, gem quality, flasks, Eldritch mods, or berserk buff. Helmet is the trickiest to recreate, I dropped the base and farmed the enchant myself. The enchant is a lot of damage and the phys as ele fracture is a lot of tankiness. Could build around just one to start though. GMP is probably a good link if you have a different enchant, it also helps with LGoH because of the extra projectiles. You can get 20-22% phys as ele on the watcher's eye if you lose the damage mod and run a purity. I dont think i took too many liberties with the config, weapon may be a bit strong imo. Idea behind this, both tectonic slam and war crys are supposedly getting buffs + support gem so we want to take advantage of that. I like going crit and your options are Swords or staves, i have always liked the idea of staves and they give us some end charge and power charge generation which is important. Tect slam will now use 1/3 the charges, meaning we can now use someone other than Cheiftan and Jugg. War cry buffs mean more damage and once you take the instant warcry node
