pob: 84% explode chance (sublime vision + chest + weapon) ; 99% with devastator, but this cannnot chain 99% double damage chance (gem + helm enchant + watcher eye + clusters + tree + timeless jewel) build is pretty scuffed, but ill put in more stuff like bottled faith and animate guardian once i get more money. pob: need to get better helm, rare gloves to cap resists and get unnerve/bit more convert on implicits. Can fit in AG, but maybe not spectres because i'm very socket starved. Also will get more levels and try to get storm burst to 4sec duration I am up to 40 orbs at the moment
