Disclaimer: I haven't played this build yet and idk if I actually play it bc leveling new character is kinda lazy. Even though I want to share it since I made it! Omniscience is very OP rn, but if you want to pair it with coc, accuracy become problem (no bonus from dex and can't use shaper's touch and naturally you are suffix-starved).
