PoE Berserker builds without Volcanic Fissure of Snaking

Example tree repurposed from a 3.2 HowA guide scion equivalent: Skill is really placeholder. Generally speaking ES will never recharge as soon as you have rage but can you mitigate it enough with Ghost Reaver and Berserker Leech to make a HowA build? Thoughts?

Purely theorycrafting at this point, I am fairly new to the game, but have a few hours in. I know there are a lot of zerk builds out there, and probably a lot of health/armor builds out there.
