PoE Mageblood, Berserker builds

Can someone help me find out best (and cheapest, within reason) way of achieveing 98-100% ele conversion of damage taken (phys > any of the 3 elements). Helmet is the trickiest to recreate, I dropped the base and farmed the enchant myself. The enchant is a lot of damage and the phys as ele fracture is a lot of tankiness. Could build around just one to start though. GMP is probably a good link if you have a different enchant, it also helps with LGoH because of the extra projectiles. You can get 20-22% phys as ele on the watcher's eye if you lose the damage mod and run a purity. The dawnbreaker is also not max roll on the corruption, so you could make back the phys as ele there potentially. Probably would drop precision in that case and get c

My other build got too intensive so I wanted to make a fun 1 button build. Also I decided to make as most out of Mageblood as I could (this is most definitely a Mageblood reliant build, I think you give up too much damage otherwise), so I looked across all the flask mods including crafted ones and came across the reduced reflected damage flask mod. With this and flask effect, I have 110% reduced reflected damage taken, which is perfect for a Berserker since it completely negates Defy Pain's downside of taking reflected damage and also Aspect of Carnage's damage amplification of 10%.
