PoE 3.23 Affliction builds with custom stat filters

Hi guys, I know that it's a boring meta build but I decided to try it out this league. I'm looking for advice as to what my next step should be. I have 60div to work with right now. A few questions 1. Should I go for a progenesis or get more damage? I feel like my damage is low now 2. How many -7 to mana cost rings do I need? Is it overkill to have two? Sometimes I feel like I run out of mana. Should I get damage on the other ring? 3. Is my timeless jewel correct? This one gave me a good amount of resistances 4. seriously, i am not seeing anyone using this in poe ninja. Lancing steel is very good for double coc, as it hit so many times. I was experimenting with several different configurations and found frostbolt+ice nova of frostbolts to be insane. I am experimenting in very very juiced maps with delirium and abyss at t16, and it is insane for mapping, you can use return projectiles for more coverage, but crit damage is way more dps. POB gives me almost double the dps of single target as blazing salvo: My inquisitor is midway yet, lots of improvement to be done, 12k ES with EB, and no crit damage

(DISCLAIMER: This is my first post here, if I'm breaching any etiquette, please let me know) After I was lucky to drop a Mirror this league, I splurged half of it on an unnecessary expensive Poison Molten Strike of Zenith Slayer. Now, with the remaining half lying around, I wanted to try a build I've been sitting on for a while now (ever since I saw a video about The Flawed Refuge), which leads to this build. Since this league was so packed with currency I had a ton of currency to finally pursue homebrewing my own build. What originally started as a Bladefall power charge stacker became a EK Nimi, because of how easy it was to achieve 100% crit with the crit stacking per charge charms. I've been working on this build for a bit over a week now, spending more time in POB and trade than actually playing several of those days. I've been wanting to post it here for a while, but I wanted to see how far I could push it first. Just wrapping up 40/40 in Affliction SC today, so I figured I'd share and archive my league in case anyone was remotely curious. I opened with a Shield Charge Elementalist at league start (Very good build honestly, I just became disillusioned with not being able to do the league mechanic at T16 and so I was speedfarming T8-T10 Wisps in Strand/Glacier/Cemetery. Hello non-meta build enthusiast! I present to you probably one of the favourite builds I've made to date, mainly because this one actually works and feels good to play! It uses the new overloaded tincture to get 7000%+ increased attack damage and some healthy strength scaling to get all the flat damage I need.
