PoE Storm Rain, League Starter builds

League started this build as Cobra Lash for the first weekend, switching to Tornado Shot when I got a Voltaxic Rift for 3div. This is a really good low-effort mapper and aesthetically pleasing to me. I noticed that scion builds have an easy time picking up Soul of Steel and Revenge of the hunted+ mastery, Graceful assault+mastery and the champion of the cause and charisma wheels. This allows for the beloved 3 50% auras+defiance banner setup we all enjoyed a couple of patches ago. After some tinkering with PoB, talking to other build creators on discord, a lot of back and forth, I finally finished this build and tested it in Standard on a LVL 95 Character (but with the level 90 Skilltree from this PoB).
