PoE 3.23 Affliction Taste of Hate builds

TLDR: 90% max ele res, 85% phys as ele, 83-88% evade, capped suppress, perma quicksilver using traitor keystone on right side of the tree (for flask nodes). Seeing the change to elemental flasks I decided to check how viable using traitor with Taste of Hate and melding would be for early-ish league to stack max res for defenses and it seems to be fairly realistic to achieve without breaking the bank while also offering other good defenses. I'm thinking about doing Toxic Rain, but I can see myself getting frustrated by the damage delay, so I was looking into Caustic Arrow as an alternative. Last league everyone was playing the transfigured version with the poison tincture, but since the tincture is gone it seems to be more complicated to play. Ive seen ben play the regular version ( but it's ben and I'm not sure if I can achieve this aswell. Anyone got experience with caustic arrow and how good it will be in 3.24?

&x200B; Originally I started this as a Pathfinder but found trickster was more damage. The idea is to use Pledge of hands along with another spell echo, which in my testing on the servers fires off about 5 Volleys of Bladefall (which is why I have the count set to 5 in POB but let me know if this isn't correct). A tanky and fast version of storm brand elementalist. I went for max block and max spell block, mixed with 10k+ energy shield. Storm brand of Indecision paired with awakened chain makes for amazing clear speed, while lightning conduit makes up a large amount of our single target. A very high cast speed with mixed lightning warp makes for very fast movement.

Like a boss Occultist Penance Brand of Dissipation Was a tough time and hard work to balance everything out. Now it is absolutely awesome and my favourite build I made so far. Since every other endgame content including ubers is done in seconds, I prefer to deep delve to have a challange. I switch Forbidden Flesh/Flame depending on the biome/stage/mods: Mastermind of Discord -- No crit reduction mods / no heavy ele dps Full DPS Setup: 200k hitpool (standard boss + Sigil of Power, stage 4) @ 120 Million DPS Bastion of Elements -- Nasty mods and Biomes like Smugglers Stash Tanky: 300k

Added +90% fire res in config because for some reason Pob does not show it properly as my character in game, here is screenshot of it : Added Culling Strike because then it adds the DPS which it shouldn't if my Eternal Struggle worked properly and it has 15% Culling Strike, but I don't know how to add 50% increased effect of Culling Strike, it should be even more DPS.

This is my first league (came from D4) and I have had a blast. Learned a lot. I look forward to POE2 coming out soon. Before the league ends I want to reach level 100 with my tornado shot dead-eye and was hoping anyone had advice on how I can proceed to push into harder content. In particular, I am wanting to get where I can do t16 jungle valleys and what not. However, I just don't think my skills and gear are where they should be for that (thinking I am lacking the DPS).
