PoE Darkray Vectors, Slayer builds

Came from a Raider build last league, but I felt I died more than I'd like. Did lots of research, and I think I have something viable here, but I'd love some more experienced player's opinions! My goal was to make a Flicker Strike build that's tankier than most, while still getting reasonable damage. The budget was around 10 divines, though I'm sure you could easily add more to get higher stats on the gear. I plan on doing all content with it except ubers, as that would be a whole different build. PoB:

So with the new Dual Strike Gem; 70% more damage with the main hand weapon (100% with Ashes of Stars), while using the attack time of the off-hand weapon (Using Bright Beak for 2.10 APS), and finally Slayer ascendency for 8% base crit we have a usable edps crit weapon! Some other synergies that scale our damage: Replica heat shiver for 65% of lightning damage as cold, also allows us to use trinity Vaal smite for extra clear and damage increase Slayer's masterful form node with Arn's aguish for 27% chance to deal triple damage Rough PoB: [

However disclaimers aside, you can make a stronger version of this build using tattoos. (Like fortify on melee hit or if you don't want that, then +1 to Strength Gems.

Hey ppl! Here's my Flicker Strike Build: It's a lot of fun and I am quite satisfied but it's still a bit squishy and i get oneshotted now and then. I've seen these builds get up to 100mil DPS and more. Any ideas how I get there ?
