PoE Melee builds without Molten Strike, The Iron Fortress

Purely theorycrafting at this point, I am fairly new to the game, but have a few hours in. I know there are a lot of zerk builds out there, and probably a lot of health/armor builds out there. I am looking to try something new, on paper looks pretty good except the damage numbers. Any thoughts are appreciated. POB:

I started PoE in the middle of Legacy. I followed guides for a pizza stix build and a firestorm elementalist and had a blast. For Harbinger, I followed a SRS guide and fell into the BaronSRS trap, but eventually scraped enough currency together for that overpriced helm. This char is now 92 and doing quite well. Leveling 90+ is quite the grind but still fun for me. Idea is Ele Blade Flurry with new Tempest's Binding helm for free 6 link. Just not sure what I could do to improve the build. I'm not very experienced with BF builds in general. I really don't want to do crit. Goal is just something to farm t15s / t15 Beachhead maps. I want to be able to kill Overgrown Ruin bosses. Guardians are what ever. Doubt I'll bother with Shaper this league.
