PoE Cruelty builds

I dont see any recent Penance Brand builds on the subreddit so I figured I would make one really quick to see what you guys think. Seems like a pretty beefy build with decent damage and doesnt cost much. Thoughts?

Both PoB need to converted to 3.19. &x200B; Top HCSSF Endless Delve - Cold DoT Occultist PoB: (configuration needs to be setup properly) &x200B; Deepest level Endless Delve - Earthquake Bleeding Gladiator PoB: (his account and char is on Notes) (configuration needs to be setup properly, maybe?)

Alright, I hear you, this is crazy. But it could work! See the PoB. No uniques or jewels of any kind needed. Easy to get spell suppress. Crit immune. Decent dam. Very tanky. Good flask recovery. I remembered my last Frost Blades build and my feelings were like YES lets build it. So here we are. I would love to have some feedback about how i created the build or even some sugge
