Watchers Eye 2ex Cons \-Chaos bosses can kill you if not careful \-Slow ES sustain, if a lot of damage goes through block you die \-Low physical Resistance, can be one shotted by big phys hits. \-DPS listed is not accurate, probably more like 25-40% less depending on Manapool, easily stays below 50% though.

Hello. I want to share with you my Frostblink Occultist build. I wanted to create it since Blight league, but Badge of the Brotherhood always was very expensive for me. Now its under 3ex so i decided to try. This build has only \~5k HP, but combined with 72/44 block with Glancing Blows, Malediction, Frigid Wake, permanent freezing and always moving i dont feel this build completely squishy. I would say it has 6/10 survivability. Obviously, sometimes i getting oneshots, mostly in Ultimatms, but in this league all dying there.
