Icestorm continues to suffer from the single target DPS nerf in 3.12 (the asinine 5-storm limit). And now there is a new Awakening level where Sirus has even more life. Plus they made him spam more abilities in the final phase and waste more of your time while he is shielded or invulnerable. Here's how it goes for the Whispering Ice Occultist after 2 weeks in the Ritual league.
