PoE Cleaving builds

So this is my own kinda twist on a bleed bow glad. It feels soooooo good to clear with. The Bleed/Asenath's pops are amazing. Bossing is fine, I haven't fought A8 but I can't really see it being a big issue. The mobility is super nice and if I can ever get a corrupted blood jewel I should be fine. Elemental Ailment immunity is super nice plust 78/77/77 max res and about 6k life feels really tanky. I haven't really seen anyone else doing a build quite like this and I still have a ton of room to min max my amulet, quiver helmet and my one ring is kinda meh. Th

&x200B; I just wanted to make a Berserker that wasn't a slam build, so I decided on Cleave as it has a reasonable base damage, added phys, no bleed scaling, and no crit scaling to make the passive tree and gearing more straightforward. Free Fortify through Overwhelming Odds. Axes for high base DPS. Mainly looking for feedback on the passive tree/defenses. My main worry is that it's just gonna be too squishy since I have Aspect of Carnage, but Warbringer is 100% useless in this build. Could go crit and take Flawless Savagery

Posting my league starter, should be a viable build for doing all content in the game, i myself plan on starting this in SSF. don't mind the weapon it's just a place holder to simulating something i can get a day or 2 in. rest of gear is up to you playing.

I'm looking to put together the most brain-dead sirus killer out there. This is an exercise in build-making, not fight mechanics. What success has everyone had in their easiest sirus kills so far this league? I've been very successful with my Bleed Bow Gladiator, but it definitely tops out. I've killed 10+ sirus 8's but it takes ~3-5 min to finish the last phase which leaves room for improvement.
