PoE Maartnn builds

POB: So, I've been running a PConc Pathfinder this league (long league in a long time), and I am having a blast. The build is tanky, and does reasonable damage. So far I've been able to do Sirus, Maven, Elder, Shaper, Eater of Worlds. Now, my question is specifically on Simulacrum (wave 22 and higher), but I guess it applies for other issues as well. In case of Simulacrum and 20+ waves, I have no issue in tanking damage (I guess), however my main problem is with damage output. At some point it is just a 1v1 with Kosis where it is j
