PoE Occultist, Fire builds

Let me preface this masterpiece of a build by saying that I grinded super hard early league, and now that it's died down a bit and I'm a bit burnt out atm I decided to "min-max" the ultimate meme build: Cast on Death. I wanted to take this silly support gem and make something other than just a portal for squishy MFers, so I did some thinking about what I could possibly do to maximize damage, and only one gem came even close: DISCHARGE. Hello fellow exiles! I would like to share with you a build idea I had for this league and tell you of the performance I 've seen so far with mid to high investment. The build : When reading the patch notes and seeing that CwC would receive a nerf of 40% less damage to compensate for the buffs to hand casting I thought that instead of using the usual trigger of Cyclone for CwC what if we used 2 spells that could combine with each other. As a result I came up with the combination of Incinerate + Anomalous Flame Surge. Flame Sur

So discharge will receive a large damage buff, but will be on a cooldown. I'm thinking about ways to make self-casting Discharge work, and i've come up with some archetypes, although none of them feel 100% satisfying. First i thought of an Archmage build to make use of the fact that Discharge now is on a cooldown anyways, so handling the mana cost would be a lot easier. Edited updated build I have made this build, please tell me what you think. The goal was decent regen, leech, high dps, chaos convert so we don't have to worry about pen. The gear in the build is not great, but decent and easy enough to currently get for cheap.
