PoB: Exsanguinate + Arcanist Brand From what I saw, Exsanguinate doesn't seem like an amazing spell to self-cast. Spell Totems seem like the obvious solution, but I think Arcanist Brands will provide the smoothest playstyle. Exsanguinate doesn't seem to suffer from its downsides (a lot). Everything in maps dies like it's nothing. Sometimes she kills map bosses without me noticing it. In her current state she is worth around 100-120 exalts, but she can work with much much less (it's my league starter after all). S
