It seems it would be a fun gimmick build. I saw a build of this on reddit, but it was outdated for 3.17. I now tried to remake it with newer stuff, and this is what I have so far: Please note there is 2 variants, a war-staff variant and another one that uses regular staff (or replica cold iron). I set up 2 different trees, gear, and skill groups for either. So been doing a self cast discharge jugg for two leagues now as I love the playstyle but made it focused on a single big hit and burning with herald of ash \^^ But found that ignite is just so much more pleasant. So the main frame of the discharge jugg has been two kaom's way and scolds with a realmender. Scolds is a amazing addition as it hits me all the time. If I go ignite however I can get a eye of innocence instead freeing my helmet which is a more powerful piece. The build can run with flameblast, instead of a realmender you would get a searing touch.
