Not a league starter - levelling with SBoI and/or PBoD

seriously, i am not seeing anyone using this in poe ninja. Lancing steel is very good for double coc, as it hit so many times. I was experimenting with several different configurations and found frostbolt+ice nova of frostbolts to be insane. I am experimenting in very very juiced maps with delirium and abyss at t16, and it is insane for mapping, you can use return projectiles for more coverage, but crit damage is way more dps. POB gives me almost double the dps of single target as blazing salvo: My inquisitor is midway yet, lots of improvement to be done, 12k ES with EB, and no crit damage

I readapted an EB stacker for this build. Essentially, use an EB Inquisitor str/int stacker core for capped crit, high flat and potent damage. Do you think this is a solid idea, in principle? Thanks!

Or is this a build that just hits a hard cap because all the items are unique? The only clear upgrades I can see are getting a better Watcher's Eye, and getting 2x 5str/5int split personality jewels. Other than that, did I just hit kind of a hard cap? Fun build, does most if not all content pain free, low risk of dying, great damage. Really wanted to try spellblade and EB Battlemage didn't disappoint. (I slot in Frostbolt for clear and Ice Spear for ST). With my lvl 4 enlighten could squeeze in a 9th (10 if you count EB) aura. pob:

Hey, if some people could take a bit to check out my build and tell me how I could make it better (Was thinking about Aegis for my Shield but it's 10 exalt, out of my budget for now, and buy and jewel with radiant faith but also out of my budget for now). And to be more precise, I have a hard time against solo monster such as boss, cause my dps is really low.
