PoE Cold, Bossing, T17 builds with custom stat filters

Disclaimer: This build is pretty expensive now with the upgraded pieces but I ran most of the league with much cheaper variants. It is my only build so I dumped currency into it. I like CoC so I wanted to turn my league starter into a CoC variation and could not find anyone doing a Heiro variant so I kinda winged it a bit. I could definitely get tankier but I believe I found a decent balance on damage and tankiness,,.at least I can run any content so far without the use of doryani's. Lots of improvments to be made just needed a base idea before I leauge start. Gloves are w.e Might not need some of the lines on chest. Corrupt boots. Sublime/Haste aura? Sublime/ other auras? Different Aura/ Watchers eye Sanctuary? Better Anoint? Better Cluster Annilahting light test at some point. Lasting Tempest to fix not freezing ubers? 21 ice nova, fuck that its going to be 50div this leauge.
