PoE Lightning Arrow builds

Hey guys, To preface, I've made a couple of builds in the past, but never truly utilized them and they just sit in my POB to rot. I've always just went back to my safe picks. I'm hoping this time I will be able to use this build and at least complete the atlas. Now unfortunately without knowing how the skill scales or how the tree is going to be affected after nerfs (looking at you Avatar of the Veil).. this build may just end up in the gutter. Hello! First time posting here because I thought I had a good idea.There may be some similar builds, but haven't really noticed any. Thought this could be a thing and would love some feedback and help on the build. The build tries to utilize the new boot base " 25% less Accuracy Rating,1 to (5–6) Added Attack Lightning Damage per 200 Accuracy Rating ". As well as the old Obscurantis, Hinekora's Sight and Oskarm to get some damage into the build.

Level 90 PoB (I use community edition): I'm using ball lightning in a couple places - the main one is in a CoC setup with blade flurry, and also a low level one in my helm with GMP, high-level added chaos, and CwDT. This procs all the time because of the herald of thunder and storm secret ring. I have another CwDT setup with blade vortex and power charge on crit for reliable power charges. That one also triggers immortal cry. I've stacked a bunch of life and ES gained on attack/spell hit, so I'm basically unkillable outside of one-shots. Aspect of the spider i
