PoE Ranger builds without The Hand of Phrecia

Rate my build! I found a Debeon's Dirge in Delve SSF, so I was thinking of making a build with it that would be pretty powerful and also satisfying to play. I tried a couple of different things but they all seemed to either have insane gear requirements or lacking defenses in some way or another. &x200B; So I settled on going for Raider! With a two-hander... and RT? It's a strange build overall, but I was surprised with how much life I was able to squeeze out of it while still getting Acro/Phase Acro. The biggest weakness is managing to meet the Int requirement without going crazy...

Pretty straight forward concept here. Debeon's Dirge with an instant enduring cry for the +150% elemental damage. With such a high base of flat cold damage, the best way to scale this build is with a ton of More multipliers, attack speed, cold penetration, and abyss jewels. Chose Raider for the attack speed/movespeed to make ground slam "feel good" since its an older skill and because it came together on the skill tree better than Champion, Berserker, or cold to fire Chieftain. Hi, i have always loved puncture. However it has been a dead skill for ages now. I attempted to create a puncture build in path of building though. Anyway, i was wondering if anyone can tell me if it would have enough DPS? I was also hoping for any suggestions to improve the build?
